Terms of service

The rules of the road.

Last updated: 31 May 2026. These terms apply to anyone who uses Quicksyy — customers and helpers. We've tried to keep them plain and short.

1. Who we are, what we do

Quicksyy is a marketplace operated by Quicksyy Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Quicksyy", "we", "us"). We connect customers who need help at home with verified independent helpers who provide that help. We are not the employer of helpers — they are independent service providers using our platform.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ to use Quicksyy. You're responsible for keeping your account secure (don't share OTPs or passwords). One account per person. We may suspend accounts for fraud, harassment, repeated cancellations, or any behaviour that puts helpers or other customers at risk.

3. Bookings

When you book a helper, you enter into a service agreement with that helper. Quicksyy facilitates the booking, payment, and dispute resolution — but the service itself is between you and the helper.

You agree to provide accurate booking details, a safe environment, and reasonable working conditions. Helpers agree to arrive on time, perform the work to a reasonable standard, and behave professionally.

4. Payments

  • Prices are shown before you confirm a booking. No hidden fees.
  • Payment is held in escrow when you book and released to the helper after you confirm the work is done.
  • Quicksyy charges a 10% service fee (7% for long care shifts). This is included in the listed price.
  • Tips are optional and go 100% to the helper.
  • If you don't confirm completion within 4 hours of the helper marking "done", payment auto-releases (you can still raise a dispute up to 7 days later).

5. Cancellations & no-shows

  • Free cancellation until the helper accepts the booking.
  • After acceptance: ₹30–80 cancellation fee (shown upfront) to compensate the helper's time/travel.
  • If the helper doesn't arrive within 15 minutes of the booked time, you can cancel for free and we'll find a replacement or refund automatically.
  • If you don't show up at the booked address with no notice, the full booking amount is charged.

6. Refunds, damage & insurance

  • If the job is genuinely not done or done poorly, raise a dispute via the app within 7 days.
  • Our trust team investigates within 24 hours. Refunds (full or partial) are paid within 3–5 working days.
  • Accidental damage caused by the helper is covered up to ₹5 lakh per booking by our insurance partner. File a claim in-app with photos within 7 days.
  • Theft must be reported to local police; we'll assist with the FIR and process the insurance claim.

7. Helper terms

  • You are an independent service provider, not an employee of Quicksyy.
  • You set your own rates, hours, and availability — subject to platform guidelines.
  • You must complete KYC and any role-specific certification before going live.
  • You agree to maintain a minimum 4.2-star rating; below that, you'll be paused for retraining.
  • Quicksyy provides on-job injury insurance up to ₹2 lakh and a 24×7 helper support line.
  • You receive 90% of every booking value (93% for long care shifts). Payouts via UPI, same-day.
  • You may not solicit customers off-platform — doing so is grounds for permanent removal.

8. What's not allowed

Any of the following gets accounts suspended or permanently removed:

  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination toward helpers, customers, or our team
  • Sexual conduct, requests, or innuendo
  • Fraudulent bookings or fake reviews
  • Requesting helpers to do illegal work or work outside their consented scope
  • Using Quicksyy to recruit for other platforms or commercial purposes
  • Tampering with the app or attempting unauthorised access

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute with Quicksyy, please first contact our support team — we resolve most issues in a single conversation. If we can't, disputes are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

For Grievance redressal: grievance@quicksyy.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days per IT Rules 2021.

10. Liability

Quicksyy is a marketplace, not the provider of the helper's work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any dispute is limited to the value of the specific booking in question, plus the insurance cover described above. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. For material changes, we'll notify you in-app and via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
