Most common questions

My payment hasn't arrived

Same-day UPI payments usually settle within 30 minutes of you marking the job complete. If it's been over 2 hours, check the Wallet section in the app for the transaction status. Most delays are bank-side; tap "Help" on the transaction to escalate — we resolve 98% within 24 hours.

A customer was rude / unsafe

Tap "Report" on the booking, choose what happened. Our trust team reviews within 4 hours. You can also decline future bookings from that customer. Repeat offenders are suspended.

I want to take a break / go on leave

Open Settings → "Go offline". You'll stop receiving requests but your profile and ratings stay intact. Switch back on anytime. There's no penalty for being offline.

I damaged something at a customer's house

Tell us immediately via the in-app "Incident" flow. Insurance covers up to ₹5 lakh per booking. We handle the customer claim — you don't pay out of pocket. Honesty in reporting matters; concealment is grounds for removal.

I had an accident on the way to / during a job

Call the hotline first. Quicksyy helper insurance covers on-job injury up to ₹2 lakh. We help with hospital admission, claim filing, and your earnings for the day will not be deducted while you're being treated.

How do I improve my rating?

Three biggest levers: be on time, communicate clearly, do the job thoroughly. Your in-app dashboard shows specific reasons for any rating below 4 — use that to know exactly what to work on.

I forgot my password / can't log in

Tap "Help logging in" on the sign-in screen. We can verify you via your registered phone + Aadhaar number. Account access is restored within an hour.

I want to remove my account

Open Settings → "Delete my account". We pause it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then fully delete all personal data (except what's legally required for tax records).

If something goes seriously wrong

For medical emergencies, call 112 (national emergency) first. Then tap the in-app SOS — we'll dispatch our trust desk and notify your emergency contact within 60 seconds.
