We invest in helpers because their work is skilled labour, not a side hustle. Every helper gets onboarding training; specialised roles get formal certification.

What's included

  • Onboarding orientation (90 min) — app, safety, customer expectations, payments. Done in your language.
  • Role-specific certification — for care, plumbing, electrical, baby care, AC service. Conducted by domain partners.
  • Monthly skill workshops — free, optional, with a small completion bonus.
  • Soft-skills training — communication, time management, customer handling.
  • Refresher courses — required every 12 months for medical/care roles.

Certification programs

Hospital Attendant — Quicksyy Certified

3-day intensive in partnership with St. John's Medical College trainers. Covers patient transfer technique, vital signs basics, hygiene protocols, hospital etiquette and emergency response. Certificate is recognised across our network — boosts your hourly rate by ₹50–100.

Elder Care — Quicksyy Certified

5-day program covering geriatric communication, dementia awareness, mobility support, medication reminders, falls prevention, and nutrition for elders. Delivered with NGO partners specialising in elder care.

Plumbing & Electrical — NSDC Aligned

Aligned with National Skill Development Corporation curricula. Includes practical assessments. NSDC-issued certificate on completion. Modular — finish in your own time over 4 weeks.

Baby & Mother Care — Quicksyy Certified

4-day program in partnership with paediatric advisors. Covers newborn handling, basic CPR, sterilisation, postnatal care for mothers, and red-flag signs to escalate to parents.

Cost to you

All training is free. We compensate ₹500/day for time spent in workshops (paid as a bonus to your wallet). The only ask: complete the assessment to certify.

How it works

New helpers see relevant training in their app once verified. You sign up for sessions in your city, attend in person (or online for theory modules), and complete the assessment. Certification badge appears on your public profile — customers see it when booking, and it directly increases the rate you can charge.

Refresher & quality

Every helper must complete an annual refresher (1 hour, in-app). For care and medical roles, we audit certification every 12 months. Helpers who fall below a 4.2-star rating are pulled offline for a paid retraining sprint before they resume.
