The short version
- We collect your name, phone, address, location, payment details and booking history to provide the service.
- For helpers, we additionally collect Aadhaar details, photo, ID proofs and references for KYC.
- We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers, ever.
- We share data with helpers only as needed for a booking (your name, address, phone).
- Aadhaar & KYC data is encrypted, stored only as masked numbers, and never visible to staff.
- You can request, correct, or delete your data at privacy@quicksyy.com.
1. Who runs Quicksyy
Quicksyy is operated by Quicksyy Services Pvt. Ltd., registered in Karnataka, India. Our office is at 4th Floor, 27/A, Indiranagar 100ft Road, Bengaluru — 560038. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@quicksyy.com.
2. What we collect
From customers
- Account info: Name, phone, email, language preference.
- Booking info: Address (lat/long), time, category, helper preferences, instructions.
- Payment info: Processed by our payment partners (Razorpay/UPI). We store last 4 digits + transaction IDs, never your full card or UPI PIN.
- Device info: App version, OS, anonymised device ID, IP address, crash logs (no personal data).
- Location: Only when you actively use the app to find help or track a helper. You can revoke location access in your device settings.
From helpers
- Everything above, plus: Aadhaar number (masked to last 4 after verification), PAN, address proof, live selfie, references, bank account or UPI ID.
3. Why we collect it
- To run the service — match you with helpers, process payments, send notifications.
- To keep it safe — KYC, biometric face-match, fraud detection, dispute resolution.
- To meet legal obligations — tax records, compliance with payment regulations, lawful requests from authorities.
- To improve the product — usage analytics in aggregate (never individual tracking for ads).
4. Who we share it with
- The helper you book: Your name, address, phone number, booking details. They only see what they need.
- Our payment partners: Razorpay (escrow), UPI handlers, banks. Only for processing transactions.
- Our KYC partner: Signzy/Hyperverge for Aadhaar verification, under signed data-protection agreements.
- Cloud hosting: AWS Mumbai region (data stays in India). ISO 27001 certified.
- Law enforcement: Only with valid legal process. We notify users where lawfully possible.
- Never with: Advertisers, data brokers, marketing networks, or any third party for monetisation.
5. How long we keep it
- Active accounts: as long as you use Quicksyy.
- Inactive accounts: 24 months after last use, then anonymised.
- Deleted accounts: 30-day grace period to undo, then fully purged (except tax-mandated retention of 8 years for invoices).
- KYC documents: retained per RBI guidelines (currently 8 years post-relationship), encrypted at rest.
6. Your rights
Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data (we email within 30 days).
- Correct wrong or outdated information.
- Withdraw consent for processing (some services may stop working).
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements above).
- Grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer at grievance@quicksyy.com — response within 7 days.
7. Cookies & tracking on this website
We use a single first-party cookie (or localStorage entry) to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on Quicksyy.com. Maps are loaded from CARTO/OpenStreetMap with no user-identifying data sent.
8. Children
Quicksyy is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you in-app and via email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
