Type it in your own words — "someone to take Papa to Manipal Hospital tonight", "plumber to fix the bathroom leak", "walk Buddy at 7pm tomorrow". We understand. Or pick a category and tap through. Either way works.
You'll add a few quick details we genuinely need: time, address (or pick on map), any language preference, and whether you'd like a male or female helper for sensitive roles like elder or baby care. That's it. No essay required.
2. Pick a verified neighbour
We show you helpers near your home with real ratings, distance, languages they speak, hourly rate, and how soon they can come. Tap to see their full profile — experience, photo, ID-verified badge, past reviews. Pick the one that feels right.
If you're not sure, message them inside the app first. No phone numbers exchanged, no spam later.
3. They arrive. Pay after, on UPI.
You'll see them on the map, like a cab — moving toward you. They check in with a biometric face scan at your door (you can see "verified at check-in"). They do the work. You confirm it's done. The payment, which was held in escrow from the start, releases to them.

Common questions
How fast can someone reach me?
Median arrival is 14 minutes for nearby helpers; same-day for scheduled bookings. Late-night care bookings (post 11pm) average 25–30 minutes since fewer helpers are online.
What if I need to cancel?
Free until the helper accepts. Once accepted, a small cancellation fee may apply (₹30–80) to compensate their travel — clearly shown before you confirm cancellation.
Can I book in advance?
Yes — up to 30 days ahead. Useful for elder care, party staff, monthly cleaning. You can also set up recurring bookings (e.g. every Saturday 10am).
What if I don't like the helper that comes?
Tap "Replace helper" within the first 15 minutes for a free swap — we'll send someone else, no questions asked, no charge.
Do I have to pay tips?
No. Tips are optional and always go 100% to the helper — Quicksyy takes nothing. Most families add ₹20–50 for a job well done; it's a meaningful boost for the helper.
Does it work without internet?
For booking, you need internet. Once a helper is on the way, basic SMS confirmations work even without data. The helper can navigate to you offline.
